Identifying Factors of Indian Health System and Their Influence for Providing Good Customer Care

Customer relationship management is important for any service industry as a satisfied customer likely to remain loyal, spread publicity thereby ensuring profits the organizations. Healthcare an and fast-growing in which patient maintaining good with them highly profitable. Good comes from understanding of patients’ expectations what factors lead satisfaction. WHO its report 2000 introduced Concept-Responsiveness, deals ‘meeting universal, legitimate patients. This study identifies related expectations, satisfaction hence relations Indian health system. Structural equation modelling was used measure influence suggested. The results show significant patient’s on relationship.
